Day 4 was another Balanced for You meal. This time I chose Beef Stroganoff. I haven't had this dish as a ready meal before so was looking forward to tasting it.
Beef Stroganoff
This dish can be cooked in the microwave for 4 minutes in a 750w oven or 3 minutes 30 seconds in a 850w oven. If you prefer to cook in an oven, it takes 20 minutes on 190C or 170C in a fan oven, or Gas mark 5.

Ready to eat!
I enjoyed this meal and didn't need to add any extra vegetables to compliment the dish. Containing 33% rice and 17% beef, along with 15% green beans and 6% broccoli, I would have liked to have had a larger portion of the beef and more sauce as I found this became rather dry half way through. It didn't spoil the flavours though.
