Spaghetti in a spicy chilli and tomato sauce is complimented by prawns for a filling meal with no need for any extras.
This dish is best cooked in a microwave for 3mins in a 750w or 2mins 30sec in an 800w model. You can cook the dish in the oven on 180C or Fan 160C or Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes. Containing 38% cooked pasta, 13% cooked Italian prawns along with the spicy tomato sauce and flakes of parsley, the flavours are well complimented.

This was extremely tasty and being part of the 3 for £7 meal deals, excellent value. Costing £3 to buy individually, I think this represents good value for money and is so quick and easy to cook.
