This meal can be cooked in a microwave or an oven. The best results are obtained from microwave cooking. At 750w this takes 3mins 30seconds and 850w 3 mins. If you prefer to cook in the oven, preheat to 190oC, or 170oC fan, or Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Containing 35% cooked pasta, 19% chicken breast, 2.5% smoked bacon along with parmesan cheese and a creamy sauce, this is well balanced.

I found this meal to be very tasty and filling and being part of the 3 for £10 Balanced for You offers, a very reasonably priced one. To buy on its own will cost £4.25, which may seem a bit expensive, but it is a satisfying meal.
