My sister Margaret James came to stay with me for a few days and was as keen as me to try out the marshmallows and chocolate spoons. Belinda Clark has a fabulous website where you can read all about her history and products.
I have been sent two new flavours of marshmallows to try and four chocolate spoons, two milk and two dark. So what did Margaret and I think?
GINGERBREAD INFUSED WITH NATURAL SPICES
Those of you who know how fond I am of ginger can probably guess that I ADORE these marshmallows! 8 marshmallows of spicy ginger flavour that simply melt in the mouth. Margaret is also a lover of ginger. We both agreed the taste is absolute heaven!
NATURAL ORANGE AND CHOCOLATE
Belgian chocolate, orange oil and marshmallow, what a fabulous combination! Silky smooth texture and VERY moorish! Margaret is very fond of really good chocolate and so I was pleased to see she loves this flavour as much as I do. Ten out of ten!
HOT CHOCOLATE SPOONS
If you are looking for a Father's Day present maybe, I can highly recommend Belinda's gourmet marshmallows. A change from traditional chocolates and other makes of marshmallows and a sure-fire hit!
These hot chocolate spoons come in two flavours, milk and dark. Belgian chocolate with a ganache centre gives these spoons a unique taste when dipped in hot milk. Brenda suggests topping the drinks with her salted caramel marshmallows for an even more luxurious experience. My sister Margaret and I enjoyed the drinks minus the marshmallows, but a definite hit with both of us!
