I am a lover of Belinda Clark gourmet marshmallows and have tried many delicious varieties over the last few years.

Fresh Coconut Marshmallow
Each pack contains 6 large squares of fresh coconut marshmallow. Covered with desiccated coconut and extremely soft and creamy, these can also be toasted when they taste even more amazing! The shelf life is 5 weeks, but I bet nobody can keep these for that length of time!

Fresh Passion Fruit Marshmallow
If you have never tasted passion fruit, you are in for a treat. They are made with the fruit puree from the fruit and 'ping' when placed on your tongue! I can envisage placing these marshmallows on top of some 'posh' ice cream for a delicious alternative desert! (But doubt if they will last long enough to do this!!!)
